In the case that you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, you must file a complaint within 3 hours of delivery time for a full product replacement. Note, we will not cater to any complaints made after 3 hours of delivery time.At SubziPhal, we have our own fleet of Suzukis, Rickshaws and Motor Bikes. Our Captains are friendly and will deliver your order at your doorstep with a smile  

Who will deliver my order?
Yes, your delivery date and slot can be changed by contacting our customer service team on +923226594778 or emailing us at order@khadim.shop. If the order timing is changed once the order is dispatched, a fee of Rs. 50 will be added to the bill.

Can I change my delivery slot?
We will be delivering your order according to the time slot you will select. However, if you’re unavailable we will reschedule the delivery. A fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for the second attempt of delivery.

What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?
We assure you that we will try our best to deliver on time. However, if we will be running late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our customer service team will get in touch with you and let you know promptly.

What happens if the rider arrives late?
There are no extra taxes or hidden cost. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

What about other hidden costs (sales taxes etc)?
Delivery is free onall orders equal or above Rs.1,500. On orders below Rs.1,500, we will charge Rs 100 as delivery charge.

Zone 2:

Delivery is free onall orders equal or above Rs.1,000. On orders below Rs.1,000, we will charge Rs 50 as delivery charge.

Our delivery charges are based on zones.
